Papa, can you hear me?

Every time I order from Papa John’s, they bombard me with follow up emails begging for feedback with the incentive of saving money on a Papadilla, which is a menu item that I have never ordered nor even came close to ordering. I use the mobile app almost exclusively to order from there so, if they have developed their app correctly, they should have the data that shows what items I look at and end up ordering. They could then use this data to ascertain that they are more likely to get my feedback if they offer savings on items for which there’s a high likelihood to order.

It’s almost like they are more interested in shilling a new product and really don’t want to hear my feedback. Shocking.
